Blackwell Capital Group is a privately held investment firm focused on acquiring majority interest in small businesses with revenues of $5 to $50 million.
We target profitable businesses that are transitioning from their founders to outside the family and/or whose current owners are looking to accelerate the growth of their businesses through the upgrading of management and an increase of working capital to fund growth.
At Blackwell Capital Group, our strategy is to hold on to our investments and build value. We raise capital deal-by-deal, and thus do not have any time limits on our acquisition and hold periods.
Our investor group is made up of local business and professional individuals, family offices and, of course, ourselves.
We will consider investments in any business with a Midwest focus. We have offices in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and in Naples, Florida.
